"I have been with State Farm for nearly 40 years. We have had a claim for windshield glass replacement denied two times because we have a new car that has sensors so it requires a certain kind of class. We did not know this was not covered. We have called and nobody seems to be terribly concerned that we’re dropping our policies with State Farm. We ensure five cars, a rental house and our home with State Farm, but we will be moving all policies all of this over a $300 windshield."
