"The process started back in September. I was unemployed and stressed out, and not willing to do much serious discussion on insurance. Jacob Hammock was the person that reached out to me. He was kind and patient. My life was pretty chaotic for the next few months, but he hung in there and gave me the time and space I needed. I switched to State Farm today and they literally halved my payments from what I was paying, and the coverage is better. We went line by line from my old policy to make sure we were getting better when compared. I can't thank Jacob enough for his knowledge and professionallism. I HATE dealing with things like insurance and he made it painless. Now it's up to State Farm to continue to deliver at the bar Jacob set. He's the real Jake from State Farm. Thank you."
